PlacerArts, founded in 1983, is a catalyst for the arts and humanities in Placer County.
Placer Artists League meetings are held the 1st Tuesday of every month except July. Umpqua Bank Art Gallery The gallery provides outreach to the local community as well as giving visibility to PAL artists and to Placer County arts groups. Umpqua Bank Art Gallery, 571 Fifth Street, Lincoln. Gallery hours are from 9am to 5pm, Monday – Thursday, and from 9am to 5:30pm Friday, closed Saturday and Sunday. The oldest arts organization in the Auburn area, PAL now thrives as a program of PlacerArts. Membership and Participation Are you a Placer County artist? Do you want to grow and stretch your artistic skills and visibility? Join PAL today to enjoy the mentoring and activities available to members of this supportive group. PlacerArts members who wish to participate in PAL may pay the supplementary Placer Artists League participation fee of $20 when they join or renew their PlacerArts membership.
