The Arts Council of Placer County is excited to welcome Jenny Darlington-Person as our new Executive Director, effective December 6, 2024.

Jenny Darlington,
Executive Director

Jenny brings extensive experience in nonprofit leadership and fundraising, having previously increased foundation and government grant funding by nearly 400% and growing business sponsorships and individual giving by 17% and 25%, respectively. Read More

Catherine High,
Administrative Lead

She assists the team with a multitude of tasks, manages Board of Directors meeting scheduling and minutes, answers phone calls, carries out filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, and assists with special projects.

Jim Carnathan,
Outreach Coordinator

Jim Carnathan is the Outreach Director for the Arts Council of Placer County.  He is the designated staff for public and private events and coordinates with partners to promote and advocate for all arts across Placer County.  Read More

Darci Frank,
Solution Sculptor

Full-time Mom, part-time Graphic Designer with a Dash of Project Management. Loves to spend time with family and friends, game nights, and all kinds of outdoor activities. On rare occasions she enjoys dabbling in other art forms!

Barbara Wauters,
Bookkeeper

She manages funding sources, payroll and accounting and is located in Meadow Vista, CA.

Patrick Storm,
Marketing

Patrick Storm has been a key partner since September 2018. He provides marketing support and public relations, promotional materials and social media.

Trenton Branson,
Webmaster

Trent ensures that the ACPC website is functioning properly, the information is cohesive and easy to access, and that visual identity of the organization is present online.
